At Sony Parts, we want to ensure your electronic repairs are successful by offering a 30-day return window for all genuine components and accessories. If your part is defective or incorrect, we provide a streamlined exchange process to get your devices back in working order.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Return Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the specific Sony component you wish to return and obtain an RMA number.
- 2.Pack with Care
Secure the part in its original anti-static packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent transit damage.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of the package, ensuring the RMA number is visible.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the part's condition and serial number, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days.
